On March 8th, the trade union of Zhengtian Heavy Industry organized more than 60 female workers to visit and learn from Yangzhou Zhongyuan Shipping Heavy Industry, visit Yangzhou Geyuan and Dongguan Street, comfort overtime female workers, and celebrate "Women's Day on March 8th" together.
The female employees of Zhengtian came to Yangzhou COSCO Shipping Heavy Industry and, under the leadership of relevant personnel, visited the COSCO Corporate Culture Exhibition Hall. They learned about COSCO's development history, strategic planning, quality management, talent concept, corporate culture, and party building, and experienced the corporate culture of learning from Kawasaki and striving for excellence in COSCO Shipping. During the visit of female employees to the Zhongyuan Haiyuan warehouse and dock management, the neat arrangement and prominent signage allowed everyone to experience the charm of Zhongyuan's standardized, intelligent and regulated management; During the visit to the dock, the soon to be completed 82000 bulk carrier and 14000 TEU container ship were able to intuitively experience the installation positions of the ship's anchor winch, servo, and marine crane, as well as the important role played by the supporting equipment during navigation. This further inspired the importance of high-quality manufacturing and efficient service, and enhanced everyone's quality awareness.
In the afternoon, female workers came to "Geyuan", one of the four famous gardens in China. The garden was covered with green bamboo, surrounded by a long corridor, and surrounded by stacked stones, making people feel relaxed and happy. The magic of nature and the charm of Chinese mountain art were all present. After arriving at Dongguan Street, the female workers visited the ancient town, tasted snacks, and made a lively trip, shuttling through the ancient alleys with a good spirit to complete this study tour.
